Hello TD Bank!
I made a checking account with TD Bank in Manchester, New Hampshire, USA. I am currently in Japan for work and would like to transfer money back home to my bank account with TD Bank. I was told I would need the following information… Swift code: (???) Bank name: TD Bank Bank code: (???) Bank branch address: (I had read that depending on the currency being transferred, I would need to send it to certain TD Bank branch, but I don’t know which one.) IBAN: (???)Thank you so much!
Swift code: (???)
Bank name: TD Bank
Bank code: (???)
Bank branch address: (I had read that depending on the currency being transferred, I would need to send it to certain TD Bank branch, but I don’t know which one.)
I would appreciate any help. Thank you so much!

Thanks for starting this new conversation with us, Danielle, and thanks for using TD for your Wire transfer needs.
We'd be happy to provide the information you need to receive your incoming international wire. As you mentioned, please know that the information you need to provide to the sending bank overseas does depend on how the funds are being sent.
If the funds are being sent in foreign currency, please provide the following information to the sending bank:
Correspondent Bank SWIFT Code: TDOMCATTTOR; Correspondent Bank: The Toronto Dominion Bank, Toronto, Ontario, Canada, M5K 1A2; Beneficiary Bank SWIFT Code: NRTHUS33XXX; Beneficiary Bank: TD Bank N.A., 6000 Atrium Way, Mt. Laurel, NJ, USA 08054, (or you may use the address of the TD location where you originally opened your account);
In Favor of: TD Customer's Account Number; TD Customer's Full Name; TD Customer's Address: (Please include City, State and Country);
However, if the funds are being sent in U.S. Dollars, please instead provide the following information:
Wire to: TD Bank, N.A. Wilmington, Delaware; ABA: 0311-0126-6; TD Customer's Account Number; TD Customer's Full Name; TD Customer's Address: (Please include City, State and Country);
In some cases, please be aware that the financial institution sending the wire to TD Bank may not be able to use an ABA number for a wire transfer. If they are requiring you to provide a BIC/SWIFT code in order to send a transfer (in U.S. currency), then they should use the following information instead:
Wire to (Beneficiary Bank): TD Bank, N.A.; Swift Code: NRTHUS33XXX; Bank Address: TD BANK N.A., 6000 Atrium Way, Mt. Laurel, NJ, USA 08054; TD Customer's Account Number; TD Customer's Full Name; TD Customer's Address: (Please include City, State and Country);
Additionally, we strongly recommend confirming with the financial institution sending the wire transfer to determine if they require you to provide an ABA#/Routing#, or a BIC/SWIFT Code to complete the transfer.
Please note that the International Bank Account Number, or IBAN, is used by some banks in Europe only; TD Bank does not have an IBAN.
Please also know that we will post all incoming wires on the banking day they are received. Also, we do not process incoming Pay Upon Proper Identification (PUPID) wires and we return them to the sender. For more info on any fees for receiving a wire transfer at TD Bank, please take a look here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt.
This was a nice chat, Danielle, and we hope to have another soon. Enjoy the rest of stay in Japan!
