I'd like to know exactly what information I'd need to provide when making an international wire transfer from a USD TD Bank account to a USD Philippine bank account. My relative in the Philippines has given me the full name, address, and account number of his bank; is this enough information for the wire transfer? Or will I need this SWIFT code I've read about? Will the TD branch be able to get this code based on the information or should I contact my relative for it?

Good evening and welcome to TD Helps, Rodolfo! We'll be glad to provide the information that you need to send an international wire to the Philippines.
To send an international wire, you will need the full name, address (including City), State/Province, Country and your relative's account number. You'd also need the full name and address, including City, State/Province and Country of the financial institution receiving the funds, plus of course the amount and currency of the transfer.
For more details on sending international wires, please visit http://bit.ly/1oowsYN . When you are ready to send your international wire transfer, you will need to provide the foreign bank our SWIFT address; which is NRTHUS33XXX, as well as obtain their SWIFT address; which you can obtain by contacting the institution directly. We hope this answers your question, Rodolfo and please give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000 if you should have any questions. Have a great night!
