Hey, Steve! Thanks for reaching out to us on this fantastic Sunday afternoon. We hope you're doing well!
Since your account is based in Ottowa and you've reached the TD Helps team located in the U.S., we invite you to take a look at this conversation: http://bit.ly/1uK7kyx. The Social Customer Service Team at TD Canada Trust has provided the answer you'll need right there for sending funds to your Canadian-based account. Just in case you have additional questions, we encourage you to reply to that post, ask your own question here: http://bit.ly/1kD3iFr or contact a TD Canada Trust agent: http://bit.ly/1woOVay.
We'd also like to let you know that if you're sending funds from your own TD Bank U.S. account to your TD Canada Trust account, these types of transfers are free of charge to you when completed by our Cross Border Banking Team. For more information, please take a look here: http://bit.ly/1ienPN4. You may give them a call 24/7 at 877-700-2913 for assistance. If you don’t have an account with TD Bank U.S. and would like to set one up, they can also assist you at that number or feel free to apply online here: http://bit.ly/1ishIab.
We hope this helps to make banking on both sides of the border convenient, Steve! Let us know about any questions and take care.
