Hi I just switched from a simple savings to a money market account. I was told I should see both accounts on my online banking but it would take 3 days for my old simple savings to close. I log in but don't see my new money market account? did I confuse the two? Will the new account take 3 days to appear as well as the simple savings being closed?

When you open a new account, Online Banking typically updates within 2 business days to reflect your new information.
If your new account does not show up after 2 business days or you'd like to view your account sooner, feel free to reach out to us directly for assistance. You are able to call our Banking Specialists 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000. Once speaking with a Specialist they will be glad to make your new account visible.
You are also able to visit us during lobby hours at any TD Store. To take a look at TD Stores near you please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
If you're unable to call or visit us, we understand! You are also able to send us a secure message while logged in to your account. To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://go.td.com/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center." Be sure to include your new account number.
