Good morning, I made an online payment to my Target Visa on October 1st, 2015 through the Target site. Unfortunately, the payment was not credited to my account when it was supposed to. When I was looking into the payments I had made I received a message stating that my payment was one day late. I was asked to make an $80.00 payment - which is more that double the amount due when I made the original payment - which I made immediately in order to prevent any further issues. I spoke to a Target customer service rep. which directed me to you since he "did not have any control over these issues." I was charged a late fee for their error and my credit line was reduced as well. I would like to request that the late fee be applied to my card balance and my credit line be restored to the amount previous to this error since I should not be held liable for Target.com web site error. I would appreciate your time and assistance.
