In 2016 we received monies for a Non-Registered Account 7N2964A. This account was in an estate now. We know that we need a T5 slip for tax purposes, however I have not received one and we have to complete the incomes tax by the end of March 2017. My name is Darlene Smith, I am the daughter and executive on the will of John Smith, the name on the account.
