I am getting a tax refund direct deposited to my TD bank savings account. Will my refund deposit be available that same day or will it take more time for the direct deposit to go through? If this is something you can answer please let me know.

You've asked a great question that we're sure many people are wondering about right now, Emily! Thanks for stopping by.
Typically, the State or Federal government may let you know the date on which they will send your refund. Kindly keep in mind that this does not necessarily reflect the date on which the funds will become available in your account. Direct deposits can take 3-5 business days or more to be completed. Once the deposit is completed, the funds will be available to use the same morning as the date of your deposit. Also, in general you can check on the status of your State or Federal refund directly with the depositor for more information.
For any questions you may have or if you'd like to see if we have received any information about your expected deposit, feel free to give us a call! We're available 24/7 for you and we can be reached at 888-751-9000. Or you can stop in at any of our convenient Store locations found here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We hope this helps a bit, Emily! Enjoy the rest of your Sunday.
