Sorry for the strange question. Let me ask some things more.
So I need to know:
- Is there any fees for the deposit service? How much? (I intent to make a deposit of $15,000.00)
- Is there any limits of depositing? How much? (same situation of the last question)
- Will the bank office be open in a saturday morning?
- How long does it takes to the credit go to your account? If I make the deposit in a saturday morning the credit will be in the account of the person that I deposited by monday?
I would be really grateful if you could answer this questions for me
Thanks a lot

Thanks for your reply, Andre, and welcome back.
As mentioned above, in initiating a wire transfer to another financial institution, any costs or fees associated with completing this type of transaction can be found in our fee schedule here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt. Please note there is no limit to the amount of funds you may transfer, and we'll be happy to process your outgoing wire for you by visiting any of your local TD Stores.
In regards to the availability timeframe of the wire you look to send, typically can take 2-3 business days. However, we recommend checking with the receiving financial institution to determine their normal timeframe of processing an incoming wire transfer.
As our TD Store hours vary by location, please check out our website for hours and any additional locations which may suit your schedule. You are welcome to use our TD Store Locator here: http://bit.ly/TDStores which can assist you in finding your preferred TD Bank location and their hours.
Of course, should you have any specific questions or to make an appointment at your TD Bank Store, you can always call us at 1-888-751-9000 to connect with a Banking Specialist, who will be happy to discuss with you, available 24/7.
Thanks again for choosing TD Helps, Andre, and have a nice weekend!

Just to make things clear. This things that you said me are valid for someone that have not an account in TDBank? Can I make a wire transfer only by depositing the money in cash in a cash office?

Welcome back, Andre.
Based on your question, we’d like to inform you that you must be a TD Customer in order to complete the wire transfer.
If you have a TD Bank Checking, Savings or Money Market account, you can visit a TD Bank Store location, during lobby hours to initiate an outgoing wire transfer to any financial institution within or even outside the United States. For hours and locations near you, please take a look at: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Once at the Store, you will need to provide the name, address and ABA (routing) number of the receiving bank, the name of the account to be credited, the beneficiary address and the account number. If it is going to be an international wire, please review additional information on sending international wires at http://bit.ly/1oowsYN.
We utilize the services of correspondent and/or intermediary banks to transfer funds to banks overseas. These banks might charge a fee for their services, and the correspondent and/or intermediary bank might deduct these fees from the wire transfer amount. Please note that we do not process or disburse funds from wire transfers received designated Pay Upon Proper Identification (PUPID) and return them to the sender. For more information on fees for wire transfers, please take a look here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt.
If the above response does not address your concern, or you have any additional questions, please feel free to reach out to our Banking Specialists 24/7 at 888-751-9000, so we may provide more appropriate response while you're on the phone with us.
Thanks again for stopping by, Andre and take care.
