I am an American with a SSN living overseas. I have an LLC in the US that is part of my retirement fund. I need a checking account for the that LLC so that I can deposit rent checks from the house that the LLC owns as an investment property. I also need to pay the occasional bill associated with the investment property, like property taxes. I need to be able to transact with the account on-line, because I only visit the US infrequently. I will be visiting the US next month, though, and can bring any necessary documentation on myself and the LLC, if that helps in terms of opening the account. Would TD be able to help me with that?
