Thank you for connecting with us on TD Helps, Nick.
The "Transfers" service provided via TD Mobile App is available between your TD accounts only, for example: if you would like to transfer funds from your TD Checking account to your TD Savings account, you may certainly initiate this type of transfer by using TD Mobile App and the limit is based on the available balance on your TD account which the funds are being transferred from and any Checking account type we currently offer is eligible for this type of transaction. Please also know that there is no limit on how many transfers one can make per month from a Checking account. We invite you to take a look at our many different types of personal Checking accounts here: http://bit.ly/1aDaRqd. If you take a look here, http://bit.ly/1lWgAhe , the link shows the types of business Checking accounts that we offer.
If you're referring to our "External Transfers" service provided via our full site here: www.tdbank.com, please know that you will need to have a personal account product in order to be eligible for this service. Additionally, in order to be eligible to use our External Transfer service, you must have a United States address, a unique United States phone number, a United States issued Social Security number and a valid unique email address. You must also be enrolled for Online Banking and be using a personal TD Bank Checking, Savings or Money Market account for the transfer.
Please know, there are limits on the amount of funds you can transfer and the limits may be adjusted from time-to-time at our sole disctretion. If you're an existing TD personal account holder and are already enrolled for online banking, please feel free to access your account(s) here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq to view your individual transaction limits by clicking on the information icon to the right of the amount box within External Transfers Service:
1. From the Transfer screen, click on the information icon associated with the Amounts.
2. The Transfer Limits screen displays.
3. Use the dropdown to select which account to display. Once the account is selected, the limits automatically populate.
4. To TD Bank Checking displays the amount of money that the specific TD Bank account can receive.
5. From TD Bank Checking displays the amount of money that the specific TD Bank account can send.
6. Use the [Other Limits] arrow to display more information about limits.
For the Transfers Terms and Conditions please see: http://bit.ly/1pADlWD. If you have additional questions about our online transfer service, including our Mobile App, please feel free to call 800-493-7562 option 3, 24/7 to speak with one of our Tech Support Specialists. You may also stop by your local TD Bank Store location, during lobby hours to be assisted in person. To find out the nearest TD Store near you, please visit, http://bit.ly/TDStores.
