My TD app on my iPad stopped working. I get a message saying it cannot connect to the server, however the iPhone app works fine.

It sounds like you may be experiencing a connection issue.
To start, please confirm that your iPad is connected to Wi-Fi and has a strong internet connection. If you've confirmed this, you will next want to verify that all updates have been completed, for both the TD Bank app and for your iPad's operating system.
If you've confirmed a strong internet connection and that your device has completed the most recent updates but you're still getting the same error message, we recommend deleting the TD Bank app from your iPad and then downloading it again.

The ipad connects fine. Everything works. I even downloaded the regular TD app for iphone on it and it works fine. It is the TD app for Ipad that does not work. It used to work fine and now I keep getting an issue saying "Connection Unavailable" "We are sorry, but the connection is temporarily unavailable. Please check your connection and try again later."
