Our Galaxy S4 mobile phone reports a "Time Out" error while attempting to deposit a cheque. This is an intermittent problem, some deposits are successful and others are not.
The issue happens regardless of where we are, so it seems unlikely to be the internet provider ( Virgin ) or the location, Ontario and the Maritimes.
There are 2 people involved in taking the pictures, one to flip the cheque and one to take the picture, to minimize the time required to complete the transaction.
