TD ATM machine swallowed money without receipt. Location Memorial Drive NE Calgary.
On Saturday 19/11/2016 at 8:00 AM my husband went to the TD bank in the early morning to deposit money ( $580) the first machine swallowed money then he called me to come over to talk with bank teller at that time and they said" they see my account still processing because on weekend it will be take longer to update my account , if next week on Monday I don't see money posted I should call them or they will give me a call, and then they can give me money by cheque! Then Monday I come to see the bank teller what can they do for me, they said they need to investigate my case because my husband did deposit my money as the third party they are no warranty they will give money back to me?"But I told them I gave my bank card for my husband because He is the only one can do deposit for me, and I have newborn baby needs to take care at home, but he said They are not allowed to give bank card and password to anyone else so that why they are not sure the bank can give money back for me. But there are cameras and system tracking, why they said that to loyal customer... I need help for this case
