Good Morning Li Shu,
I have written before recently about problems with my account, and the balance from my last checking account deposit was different than I thought it would be.
I just activated my Debit Card cash advance and tried the Florence Bank ATM here at the Veteran's Hospital in Leeds, as I am currently residing at the Soldier On Shelter awaiting Affordable Housing.
I used the Florence Bank's ATM here in Building One at the VA Hospital and wasn't allowed to Overdraft. Do I have to use a TD Bank ATM to utilize this service ?
Please let me know.
