I opened an account in Fort Lauderdale, Florida a few years ago, my visa debit card is expiring in March 2015, but I'm not sure if I have any money left on my account, and, in case I do, I forgot PIN code for my card so that I can use it before it expires.

Thanks for coming to us here on TD Helps, Marko. We'll be happy to point you in the right direction to address your concerns.
We are more than happy to assist you directly; however, we do not have access to your personal information since this is considered an unsecured forum.
We want to inform you that if you have made no activities such as deposits, withdrawals, or debit card transactions on your account, it will be considered "Inactive" after a specified period of time. Savings Accounts, Checking Accounts, or Money Market Accounts are automatically changed to an "Inactive" status after 1 year of no Customer initiated activity, and these accounts will be "Dormant" after 3 or 5 years of no activity depending on your region or State.
Please keep in mind that once an account becomes "Dormant," it can be turned over to the State after a number of years, depending on your location.
For additional questions, feel free to also contact us 24/7 while you're outside the United States by dialing 856-751-9000 or collect with operator's assistance from a land line phone by asking the operator to dial 215-569-0518.
Additionally, whenever you are in the States, you can also visit any TD Bank location during lobby hours as one of our Banking Specialists can assist you there as well. Please visit: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a TD Bank near you.
We hope this helps and let us know if you have any questions, Marko! Enjoy your weekend.
