Please help. I use this app constantly. After the most recent update, the app does not open. I have even uninstalled and re-installed.

The first thing we would have suggested is to uninstall and reinstall the app, to rule that out as a possibility to what could be causing any issues. Since you mentioned you already tried that, at this point we recommend contacting our Tech Support team for help in troubleshooting this issue directly.
