In reply to Pat, Seattle
Good afternoon, Pat, and welcome to TD Helps.
We apologize for any inconvenience, as, at this time, TD Bank's footprint spreads along the East Coast of the United States, from Maine to Florida, and we currently do not have any Store or ATM locations in Seattle, Washington. However, we'll be more than happy to pass along your feedback.
As a friendly reminder, you are able to perform a non-TD ATM withdrawal at any ATM using your debit card; however, please know that fees may be assessed. You're welcome to check out our Fee Schedule here: https://go.td.com/2lbbfGg for more information.
In the event that you were hoping to make a deposit into your account, we'd like to take a moment to let you know that you are able to make a deposit at any non-TD ATM as long as the ATM is part of the NYCE network. It's important to note that, should you decide to make a deposit into your TD Bank account using this method, your deposit may take anywhere from 5-7 business days to be fully credited to you. We'd also like to recommend that you do not deposit cash into a non-TD ATM.
If you have access to your TD Bank Mobile Banking App, you may also perform a Mobile Deposit. If you have never performed a mobile deposit, we'll be happy to walk you through the steps for your first time.
You'll first want to log into your mobile banking app using your online banking credentials. Then, from the main menu, select 'Mobile Deposit', and then select the account you wish to have your deposit credited to, followed by the amount of your check. Next, you'll want to take a picture of the front and the back, review, and then submit.
In addition to the two methods mentioned above, you would also have the option of using our Bank by Mail feature, and mail you deposit to us so that we may then perform the deposit on your behalf. If you would like to take advantage of this feature, you may mail your deposit to:
TD Bank, N.A.
P.O. Box Number 1190
Lewiston, ME 04243
Like any other deposits, a few simple guidelines apply:
Cash should not be sent through the mail
Payee of the check and name on deposit ticket should be the same
Checks should be endorsed (and restricted for deposit only)
Multiple checks should be listed and a total of the deposit listed
Enclose the deposit ticket, not the carbon copy
If using a blank deposit ticket, please write account number clearly
Do not staple transactions
If you have any questions, you're always welcome to call and speak with a Banking Specialist, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, at 1-888-751-9000.
We sincerely hope this helps, Pat. Have a great rest of your day!
