How long after mailing should it take to receive a replacement TD credit card. We were told it was mailed on 11/8 and it is now 11/17 and we still do not have it.

Generally speaking, TD Bank Credit Cards may take anywhere from 7-10 business days to be delivered to your address; however, please keep in mind that this can vary depending on your postal service. Additionally, it's important to note that we ship our credit cards in white, discreet envelopes for the security of your account.
While we are unable to access your personal information via TD Helps, if you'd like to confirm when you should expect to receive your Credit Card, you're more than welcome to reach out to us directly, and we'll be happy to help. Our Credit Card Specialists are here to help 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and can be reached by simply dialing 888-561-8861.
