A TD Canada Trust customer for years, and would like to open a TD Bank Cross-Border Convenience Checking Account in US Dollars. I wish a TD Bank account as opposed to a TD Canada Trust Borderless Account because I wish the account to be set up in the United States as I can save fees on deposits and pay US Bills with the TD Bank Visa Debit card. However, I do not have a passport or nexus card. I have a drivers license, birth certificate, multiple credit cards, and other identifications - but not a passport. Am I able to open a TD Bank account without a passport? When I try online, it will not allow me to bypass that question. Thank you.
