If my Florida real estate agent makes a deposit to my NJ checking account at a TD Bank in Florida, does the real estate agent need a TD Bank deposit slip from NJ, or can the agent use a TD Bank Florida deposit slip, and just write in my checking account number on it?

Thanks for coming to TD Helps for your answers today, Don!
We're happy to announce that anyone can make a deposit into any account that is located within the TD footprint, Miane to Florida, even if they are not currently in the same State!
Currently, deposit slips do not vary by state, and he may simply present the deposit using a deposit ticket that he obtained from yourself, or the Store location. To take a look at Store locations and their hours please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
We would like to take a moment to mention that we do not recommend sharing account specific information, such as your account number, to anyone who is not currently a singer on your account. This is for the security of your account, and if you'd rather, TD Bank currently offers another method which may be more secure when attempting to receive funds from your agent.
TD Bank's offers a new feature called Send Money. This feature allows a TD Bank account holder to send, or even request money, from anyone using their phone number or email address. If you'd like to take advantage of this feature, we'll be happy to help! To start, you must first log into your Online Banking. To do so, click here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you have successfully logged into your account, on the top of your screen you should see a tab that reads 'Send Money'. Once you click on this link, you will be viewing our Send Money feature. If you have not done so already, you will need to register for this service, and once this has been completed, you will have full access!
In order to request money from your agent, simply click on the 'Request' section under the Send Money tab. If you don't already have your agent added to your contacts, you will need to enter in their information. To do so, directly next to the search box, you should see a link that reads 'Add New Contact'. Once you click here, you'll be prompted to enter in their name, and then either their phone number or email. Once you click save, they will immediately be added to your contacts. Next, you'll want to click on your agent's name, followed by either their phone number or email, whichever you decided to use to request the funds. Enter in the amount you wish to request, as well as the account you would like to accept the funds into, and then press the 'Review' button. After reviewing all the information is correct, you'll then be able to submit your request!
Your agent will receive either a text or an email, and after following the instructions provided, they will be able to send you your funds from their own Financial Institution, free of charge! Please note that some limits may apply, and we invite you to check out additional information by clicking the link here https://go.td.com/2nUP86H.
If you have any additional questions or concerns, you're always able to contact us directly for further assistance. A Banking Specialist may be reached at 1-888-751-9000, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
We hope this helps, Don! Enjoy your Saturday.
