This Christmas, I received this $100 gift card and registered it. I set my username and left it registered in the account. I recently went to make an online purchase through Steam, but it told me that my card was not working. I then went to the website and tried to log in to my account. I was told the Password I put in was incorrect. After a few attempts, I tried to put in my e-mail and security information to get into my account, but I was again told that the security information was incorrect. I am worried about not being able to get into my account, and not being able to use any of the money I was given (which I did not spend any of). I hope you can help me figure this out.
