I want to add a TD Bank account to an external application, another checking account. They are unable to do this for me, telling me TD Bank is blocking me from enabling external applications. They suggest I contact you.

Please know that TD Bank allows the use of third party applications such as Mint, Quicken, Quickbooks, etc.
