Great to see you on TD Helps, Bruce and we appreciate the chance to answer your question.
If you had an account which is now closed, we apologize as the same account won't be able to be reopened. However, you are always welcome to establish a new account with us. Please note that if the previous account became closed due to a charge off, you'll want to pay the amount due prior to opening a new account. Payment arrangements can be made by contacting our Recovery Department directly at 800-354-9769, or by visiting any TD Bank Store and stopping by a Teller station.
Once you have done so, or if no funds are owed, feel free to apply for a new account by using any of the following convenient methods. We're available by phone 24/7 at 888-751-9000 to open an account, at any TD Bank Store found here: http://bit.ly/TDStores, or online at http://bit.ly/1fN7u4i.
Thanks again for visiting, Bruce and we hope to talk with you soon!
