My mortgage was originally acquired by Interchange Bank at Park 80 Plaza West, Saddle Brook, New Jersey on October 3, 1994 by my parents, who are both deceased. I want to sell my home in East Orange, NJ but need documents to show the mortgage was paid off. The New Jersey records show the property in Saddle Brook, New Jersey was acquired by TD Bank North in Maine on 1/1/2007. Can you examine your records? I have no proof the mortgage was paid off, can you provide a contact numbers for TD Bank North (which itself may have been acquired by another bank/)? Thank you for your response. DEB F.

Thank you for stopping by TD Helps, Deborah! We are happy to answer your questions.
Your situation will require you to visit a TD Bank location during lobby hours. For a list of store locations and hours please visit here: https://go.td.com/1f9DSJR
Due to your parents passing, we recommend contacting the store prior to visit to inquire what paperwork will be needed for them to assist you with your needs.
We hope you find our answers helpful and please don’t hesitate to return to TD Helps if you have any further questions.
