Here at TD Bank, routing numbers are based on the state in which the account was open. It sounds as though you may already be aware of this information, and as you mentioned that you're looking to obtain the routing number for South Carolina, the routing number you'll need will be as follows:
North Carolina/South Carolina - 053902197
