My account is in an inactive status. How can I reactivate my account? I live in Canada. Can TD Trust do it for me?

Welcome to TD Helps today, Wei. This is a great question, and we'll be more than happy to help.
In order to bring an inactive account back to an active status, you will simply need to perform either a transfer or a deposit into your account.
If you happen to have another, active, deposit account with TD Bank, you can contact us directly, and we would be happy to transfer funds into the inactive account for you, and then reinstate your account back to active status.
As you mentioned that you are currently in Canada, if you have an account with TD Canada Trust, you're also able to perform a Cross Border Banking transfer from your TD Canada Trust account, to your account in the United States. If you have never done so before, you may do so by calling 877-700-2913, option one, to transfer from Canada to the United States.
In the event that you do not have another active account with us, or are unable to perform a Cross Border Banking transfer, we ask that you step inside a TD Bank location, in the United States, to re-activate it. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause as a TD Canada Trust Representative will be unable to access your account in the United States.
