I opened a brand newbank account and recieved my debit card. I followed the instructions on the paper that says to visit the website>log into online banking> enter username and onetime password >accept online banking agreement>change passowrd>set up security questions. I did exactly what she and the paper told me, unfortunately when I get to the online banking log in page to put in my username and temporary password it says "a password change is required, log into online banking" how can change my password if I am already trying to log Into online banking? The message keeps showing up. I did this about three - four times to make sure I am selecting online banking , and the exact same message keeps coming up.

Thanks for coming to TD Helps with your question, Jennifer.
From what you've described, it sounds like you're trying to access your Online Banking using your Mobile App or may be using the mobile website. In order to process changes with your Online Banking, it is important that you are visiting our Full Website. You may do so by going to www.tdbank.com, scroll to the bottom of your screen and click onto "Full Website." If you continue to experience difficulty, we'd be more than happy to troubleshoot this with you. Feel free to call us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 and we'll assist you upon account verification. As always, you have the option of visiting your local TD Bank Store, in which locations can be found here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Hope you find this helpful and have a fantastic day.
