Thank you for coming to TD Helps, Sharon! We'll be glad to answer any questions you may have about our ATM limits.
For your safety and security, withdrawal limits are placed on your ATM card. Feel free to check out: http://bit.ly/1kb17UQ (Pages 39 - 41) to view our Funds Availability Policy; which includes ATM limits. If you need to withdraw more than what is allotted, you have a few options for a limit increase.
Feel free to give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000, stop into any TD Bank location during lobby hours, send us a secured message through online banking or send us a fax. Please be advised that either method that you choose to raise your limit, the limit increase is only valid for 24 hours. If you'd like a permanent increase, please visit a Store during lobby hours. Click here http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a TD Bank near you.
If you choose to send us a fax, you may do so 24/7. Please send our Fulfillment Team a fax with the following information to 856-534-1138:
• Subject: Limit Increase • Account Number • Debit/ATM Card Number • Your Name • Contact Telephone Number • Amount of increase or decrease • Indicate - Visa, POS, ATM • Your Signature
If you choose to send us a secured message through online banking, please sign into your account, click on the Customer Service tab and select Send a message; which is located underneath the Message Center on the left hand side of the page. In your message, please include the information listed above in the fax option.
If you're not currently enrolled for Online Banking, you may do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY . Please have your account number, debit card number and Social Security number available. If you have any trouble signing up, please contact our Banking Specialists, 24/7 at the telephone number listed above.
We hope this information is helpful to you, Sharon and have a wonderful weekend!
