Thanks for checking back in with us, Gary.
We still don't have any news to share in regard to opening a TD Store in Oklahoma at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
You can always stay up to date with our Store listing by using our Store Locator found here: http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
We'd also like to take this opportunity to share ways that you can make a deposit while away from a TD location!
You can use Mobile Deposit to electronically deposit checks using the Mobile Banking App! You can learn more about the App here: https://go.td.com/2gkUc4O.
In order to use the Mobile Banking App, you must first sign up for Online Banking. You can do so here: https://go.td.com/1lU2qfY. Make sure to have your account number, debit card, Social Security Number and email address handy.
If you're already enrolled in Online Banking, you can download the App by visiting the Mobile Banking page mentioned above or by visiting your phone's app store.
Once downloaded, you can sign in using the same user name and password you do for Online Banking! To complete a Mobile Deposit, please follow the steps below:
1. From the Main Menu of the TD Bank Mobile Banking app, select Mobile Deposit, then Deposit a Check
2. Enter the amount of the check
3. Take a photo of the check using your mobile device
4. Select your account
5. Review and submit your deposit. You may wish to note the date on the front of the check and include the word Deposited, for your records.
Additionally, you may want to keep this for 14 days to ensure it has cleared your account. You are then welcome to destroy the check.
If you have any trouble with enrolling online or with Mobile Banking, feel free to reach out Tech Support Specialists 24/7 at 800-493-7562.
Another way you're able to make a deposit is by using our Bank by Mail service. To send a deposit in the mail, please use the following instructions below:
TD Bank, N.A. ME2-074-017 P.O. Box Number 1190 Lewiston, ME 04243
If you need to Fed-EX or UPS a mail in a Deposit to us, you can ship it to the address below:
TD Bank Bank by Mail 140 Mill Street Lewiston ME 04243
We recommend visiting https://go.td.com/2a9VVrp to learn more about our funds availability policy starting on page 40. Keep in mind that the TD Bank is not responsible for items lost in mail.
Here are some additional tips to consider prior to mailing your deposit:
- Cash should not be sent through the mail
- Payee of the check and name on deposit ticket should be the same
- Checks should be endorsed (and restricted "for deposit only")
- Multiple checks should be listed and a total of the deposit listed
- Enclose the deposit ticket, not the carbon copy
- If using a blank deposit ticket, please write the account number clearly
- Do not staple transactions
In addition to Mobile Deposit and Bank by Mail, you are also able to make deposits using a non-TD ATM while in the US. Be sure that the machine is listed in the Cirrus or PLUS networks.
If you ever have any questions about your account, feel free to reach a Banking Specialist 24/7 at 888-751-9000.
We hope these suggestions help, Gary! Enjoy your day!
