We are currently using the bill pay function under business direct. The process we set-up requires one user to initiate the bill payment, and the second user to approve. We just got the entire batch showing Approval Failed, and there is no additional info showing why. Does the approval have to happen within business hours EST? We need more info about what causes the approval to fail, which is different from Approval Expired?
