I received payment to my business from a customer with a TD Canada Trust Check in US Funds. I have a personal bank account with TD Bank but not a business account. My bank with my business account charges me $75 per item for Foreign Accounts and it takes 45 days to clear. I am going to have 6 items in the next 6 months. Is there anyway I can work these transactions through my personal TD Bank Account and shorten the time and charges?

Good evening Tom,
Thanks for writing in to us - we understand your desire to save money and find other options in this instance.
First, we'd like to let you know that checks made payable to a business must be deposited into a business account that has the same title. The option to deposit these to your personal account with us isn't available and we do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
As an alternative, if you have any interest in establishing a business account with us you may be able to compare your current account with what we have to offer. You might like to speak with one of our Business Banking Specialists, who would be a happy to help via telephone at 855-278-8988. Although our business accounts are established in person, they may be able to answer some of your related questions. You may also request a call from a Specialist and please click here: http://bit.ly/K9iZ78 to fill in our form and we'll call you within 24 business hours. We can also set you up with an appointment at one of our locations during your call.
To review the Business Checking options we offer, please visit http://bit.ly/1uCacgJ, or feel free to use our Business Checking Selector: http://bit.ly/1lGeYmw.
If you decide to set up an account with us, we encourage you to get in touch with your local TD Store prior to visiting, to determine which documents you'll need for the account-opening process. This can vary depending on the type of business you have (LLC, Corporation, etc.). For information on our Store hours and locations please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We hope this answers your question, Tom.
Hoping you have a great night!
