i have tried to call td collections @ 1-888-453-0334, but the line keeps saying busy and after waiting for a while over the phone the phone line just hung up! I need some immediately assistance here to solve this issue.

We apologize for any confusion. If you are trying to connect with our Collections and Recovery Department, you may reach them at 1-800-354-9769. They are available Monday through Friday from 8:00am – 9:00pm, and Saturday from 8:00am – 5:00pm.
