I believe the minimum for these accounts is $100 -- how soon after you drop below this minimum do you get charged a service fee? For example, if i replace the money within 24 hours will i still be charged?

A monthly maintenance fee is assessed any time your account balance falls below the required minimum balance during your statement cycle.
