I have an NEW LOAN with you and have not received a billing statement. I don't have an account no. or anything else. this wa financed at a furniture store and I need to make a payment.

Based on the information you have provided, it sounds as if you may have applied for a credit card with a merchant whose cards are financed by TD Bank. If this is the case, we'd like to take a moment to explain that our retail cards are managed by our partners, TD Retail Card Services. While TD Bank and TD Retail Card Services share the same TD shield, please know that we are different entities.
