Can I pay as little as $0.05 to my cell phone co.? I just started a new cell phone service and with the credit I received I got a bill for $0.05. I pay most all of my monthly bills through TD bank online checking account.

Thanks for writing in, David and great to have you here on TD Helps! We hope you're doing well.
When using our Bill Pay service via your TD Bank Online Banking account, we'd like to let you know that payments can be made in amounts $1.00 or more. We apologize that a payment of $0.05 wouldn't be able to be made via Bill Pay.
If you have a TD Bank Visa Debit card and your cell phone company accepts card payments, you'll be able to provide your payment using that method. Or, you should also be able to schedule a direct debit (ACH payment) with them using your TD Bank routing and account numbers. We'd recommend that you check with your cell phone provider for any payment options open to you.
For any questions you may have, just give us a call! We're here 24/7 at 888-751-9000, or for Bill Pay-related questions, call us on 800-493-7562. Or visit us at any TD Bank Store listed here: http://bit.ly/TDStores and we'll be glad to help.
Hope this clears it up for you, David! Take care and enjoy your evening.
