For the $200 TD Premier Checking Bonus, is there an amount of time that the account has to be open for once receiving the bonus?

Please know that the promotion you've mentioned is a limited time offer and is subject to end at any time. If you are able to view the promotional link on the main web page, we recommend following that link to open the account. However, once you are no longer able to view this promotion, it has expired.
Once your account is opened, please make sure you have satisfied the following criteria:
-The primary owner must be a new to bank Customer
-The account was opened Online (Accounts opened in Store or by phone are not eligible).
-You have received direct deposit(s) totaling $2,500 or more within 60 days.
Once all qualifications have been met, please allow up to 95 days to receive the $300.00 bonus in your personal checking account.

Please know regardless of the method you choose, you will need a Social Security Number and a valid photo I.D. (Driver's License, Passport, Military I.D. etc.).

There is no fee for closing an account with us and the account can only be closed when the balance reaches a zero balance.
First, we'd like to let you know that we are committed to your satisfaction as a Customer. If you have any questions or concerns about your banking experiences, we invite you to discuss them with us at a TD Store. If you still would like to close a personal account, there are a few ways that you can do that. You can contact our 24/7 Customer Service line at 888-751-9000 and one of our Banking Specialists can submit the request to close your account. Please note that if there any automatic payments or deposits post to your account within 72 hours of the account closure request, it can prevent the account from closing. You could also send a secured message through online banking requesting the account to be closed as well. To send a secured message, sign into your account, click on the ''Customer Service'' tab and then select ''Send A Message''. Another option would be visiting any TD Bank location during lobby hours.
Signing up for Online Banking is quick and easy. First, make sure you have your account number, TD Bank ATM/Debit Card, Social Security number and, email address handy. Once you do, please visit here http://go.td.com/1lU2qfY to begin the enrollment process. After selecting the link, you will be asked to choose "Personal" or "Business." When you select continue, you will have to read and accept the Online Banking Service Agreement. Then you will be asked to enter your personal information including the items mentioned earlier. Finally you will be asked to create three security questions. When you finish the enrollment process, you will have immediate access to your account(s).
If you do not have the required information to set up for your Personal Online Banking, that’s okay. We can provide other options for you.
