Once you've successfully enrolled and after you log in, on the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center”. Please be sure to provide your travel dates and destinations in your message. If it has been confirmed that your address has not been updated, you may visit the Customer Service tab and click on the Change Address, Phone, E-Mail Address link to update this information.
For your deposit accounts, you also have the option of changing your address via mail. Feel free to mail a request to:

For Business Deposit Accounts you may also stop by a TD location, use Online Banking through your business log in or send us a request through the mail, as shown above.
