How do I apply for a TD USA account with a California residential address? I have a TD Canada account, and would like to use cross boarder banking. However, I will not be returning to Canada anytime soon, so I will not be able to go to Canada to open the account. I live in California, so visiting a physical branch location on the east coast is not possible either.
