I have several TD bank visa gift cards and I have two concerns...concern #1, I've been oversears for the last 6 months and while I was gone my cars started to incur inactivity fees, what can I do to stop the fees until I decide how I want to use them?
Concern #2, I am unable to purchase items online using multiple cards because the available balance on the card is not subtracting from the overall total, it is just telling me I don't have enough money, I need to combine these into one card so I can make a large purchase online.
I would be very grateful for a solution.

Thanks for stopping by TD Helps today, Sirena. We would be more than happy to provide you with more information on our Gift Cards.
A monthly fee of $2.50 begins on the first day of the 13th month from the last activity date, and will reduce the Card Balance and may consume the Balance before the “Good Thru” date on your Card. We will not be able to stop the fee until the full balance is used.
You may use the Gift Cards for Store purchases, wherever Visa is accepted. If you use the Card to purchase goods or services in a currency other than U.S. dollars, Visa will convert the charge into a U.S. dollar amount. The conversion rate on the processing date may differ from the rate on the transaction date. The exchange rate between the transaction currency and the billing currency used for processing international transactions is a rate selected by Visa from the range of rates available in wholesale currency markets. To go over any additional fees you may incur while using your card overseas, we recommend that you contact us at 1-856-751-9000 or collect with operator assistance from a land line phone by asking the operator to dial 1-215-569-0518. Once you get through, a Banking Specialist will be able to connect you to a TD Gift Card Representative.
We also want to inform you, there is no way to merge your TD Gift Cards, however if you're making a store purchase, you can use all of your cards to complete the transaction. Also, depending on the merchant, you can make a purchase online using both Gift Cards. If you have any issues, please call one of the numbers above.
We hope this helps and have a great night.
