I have tried every solution on the help boards to delete a biller name from my TD60 Plus checking account. No "MANAGE YOUR BILLS" tab appears under the Bill Pay Tab.
Please be more clear with your instructions for deleting a biller name from BILL PAY.

Thank you for stopping by TD Helps this afternoon, D. We're sorry to hear that you are having issues with deleting a payee from your Bill Pay and we'd be happy to clarify.
Please log into your online banking by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Once you're logged into your online banking, please follow the steps listed below.
1. Click on the “Bill Pay” tab located on the top of your screen
2. Click on Activity that is next to the name of the biller
3. Click on the details link right next to the biller's name
4. Click on the name of the biller that you would like to delete (The Remove Biller Button is located to the right of your billers' name)
5. Click on "delete bill"
