Thank you for your interest with TD Go Card, Lee. We are happy to provide you with some information.
First, you're welcome to view some helpful information about our TD Go Card right here: http://bit.ly/1j8sgt2. We've designed the TD Go Card to be very easy to load! It can be funded by you using your TD Bank Visa Debit or Credit card, 24/7 via the TD Go Card website at http://bit.ly/1m8bjUS by making a transfer. Funds can also be loaded when you give us a call 24/7 at 855-219-8050. For more information, you might also like to check out our Go Card Frequently Asked Questions here: http://bit.ly/1gRpCay.
As the account owner, you may log in using the user name (or card number) and password created when enrolling your teen in the program. Once logged in, you can process an immediate load/transfer by selecting the card you are transferring to, the amount, and submitting the 3 digit code located on the back of your card. If you have not enrolled yet, you may do so here: http://bit.ly/1jWLKzt.
Another option you and/or your teen have is to set up a free direct deposit from your employer(s) to the Go Card. To set up direct deposit, log into your TD Go Card Account and select "Fund teen card" under "Manage Teens." Here you will find our Direct Deposit Instructions. Follow these instructions to set up direct deposit. It is important to remember that each Cardholder will have a different Account Number.
Funds transferred to a TD Go Card using your debit or credit card will generally be available the same business day. Funds loaded to the card using direct deposit will generally be available on the business day we receive the transfer. Please keep in mind an ATM card cannot be used to fund a TD Go Card. Also, a $1 load fee applies; for a full list of fees, please see the Terms & Conditions http://bit.ly/1eSK0Du (page 6) or the Account Guide http://bit.ly/1zrVD2w.
If you have any questions at all about our Go Card or you're still undecided, Lee, no worries - just give us a call at the number provided above and we'll be glad to help. Or, you can stop in at any TD Bank Store found here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We hope this information is helpful! Have a great day Lee.
