I'm temporarily working in the California on a three year contract. I'd like to keep my Canadian savings with TD, however I may also require access to it (i.e. transfer out) from time to time while in the US. This is particularly true for larger purchases such as buying a car, furniture and so on. Is there any way for me to do this? TD does not have a presence in California and requires me to be in a branch in order to do a wire transfer.
