I want to open a saving account for my tenant deposits. Since these are for multiple tenants, do I have to open separate account for each tenant? or if the bank has a master account under the landlord name and sub account for each tenant & properties? Thanks

Hi Hall. Welcome to TD Helps!
We're so glad you're interested in opening your tenant accounts with us!
While we don't offer a master account with sub accounts, you do have the option to open a savings account for each tenant/property. This may be a good option if you'd prefer to keep all of the deposits separate.
We encourage you to check out what we're currently offering in personal savings accounts by clicking here: https://go.td.com/2bSlkVn. If these accounts will be for a business, we also offer a business savings account. You can find info about that account by clicking here: https://go.td.com/2lLYIL4.
We'd be glad to discuss your particular situation to help find the best account for you. Please don't hesitate to give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or stop in to see us at any of our Stores. To find one near you, please click here: https://go.td.com/1nq31dc.
We look forward to hearing from you soon, Hall! Have a great weekend.
