I want to change the account from which I pay my bills and the drop down selection will not save.

While you do have the access to change the 'Pay From' account online, this change is not permanently change the 'Pay From' account.
The simplest way to change the account number listed under your Bill Pay on your online banking would be to call and speak with a Tech Support Specialist. They can be reached at 800-493-7562, and are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. A specialist will be more than happy to permanently have this updated for you.
