Is there a problem on the server here for Brazil? Because I can not access the login page.

We'd like to provide you with a couple options in the case that this issue may be caused by your internet browser. Our website is compatible with the newest versions of the most popular internet browsers, including Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox, and Safari. If you are not using the newest version of your browser right now, we recommend making this update. We would also suggest that you disable any plug-ins and restore your browser defaults, and clear your cache and cookies as sometimes this will fix any browser issues. For the mobile app, please make sure that the app and operating system is up to date and that it is properly connected to the internet.

I am in Sao Paulo/Brazil and I am facing the same problems as Sebastião mentioned for the last 3 days in both website and mobile app.
I need to pay my bills. Please, help me.
