I keep receiving a "service interruption" notice over and over for days. I need to log on to do business.

As you mentioned you are currently in China, this message could be due to your current location. Typically our website and mobile application functions properly while in the United States. If you are able to update your location settings to reflect the United States, this should solve your problem.
If the problem persists, we recommend deleting the mobile application completely and reinstalling it. If you are receiving this error message on our full website it could be due to your internet browser, and we'd like to make a couple suggestions.
