Eligible devices for our Mobile App include Android 2.1 and up, BlackBerry 5.0 and up, iPhone 4.1 and up. If you are still unable to open TD Mobile App on your mobile device, we suggest uninstalling the app and then installing it again. If you problem persists, you may contact our Digital Banking Team 24/7 at 1-800-493-7562 or visit your local TD Bank Store during normal lobby hours with your mobile device for further assistance.
