This issue persists for me across most recent versions of explorer and chrome, across multiple computers (windows.) Only way I can get in is to time the flash and manually stop the page loading when the input fields are showing. Suggest someone look into this issue a bit...

I had this same issue also Joanne. The https://onlinebanking.tdbank.com login page keeps refreshing wildly.
But only with the chrome browser for me. IE works ok. Unfortunately, I prefer Chrome.
I wonder if it has anything to do with Norton password vault as the issue start shortly after I started using Nortons password vault.
I still can't use chrome anymore to access TD Bank north for banking.

I am having this same problem with Chrome. I had previously cleared the browsing history because of problems with a different website. I can't be sure, but this problem with online banking seems to have started after that. I have now updated the browser as well, but the problem persists. No trouble logging in on IE, but I prefer using Chrome, so I am not happy about this.

Welcome back to TD Helps, Patricia! We're sorry that you are still having difficulties with your browser.
If you are continuing to use Google Chrome, you may wish to try this option to eliminate any "flashing" issues. Please find an option on your browser to Reset Browser Settings and follow any prompts to complete this process. If for any reason this doesn't correct the issue, you may also try to remove and reinstall the Chrome browser. If this doesn't solve the issue, we ask that you contact Digital Banking Specialists at 800-493-7562, available 24/7, and one of Specialists would be more than happy to help.
We hope this helps and let us know if you have any questions, Patricia.

I have had this issue, too for google chrome. When I opened a incognito window on Google Chrome that seemed to be the trick. Worked like a charm.

I had this same problem with firefox. When I opened the browser in safe mode, the problem went away and I found by trial and error that the Google Translate add-on was causing the problem. Turned it off and all is well.
