It's fine when I use IE, but that is not my first choice and I find very inconvenient. Is there anything I can do to fix the problem? Thanks

Good afternoon, Marly and welcome to TD Helps! We apologize for any trouble you've had logging in to our website but we'd be happy to assist you.
First, we'd like to let you know that our website is compatible with most popular browsers. If you're experiencing an issue viewing our site or portions of it on Google Chrome, we can make the following recommendations for you.
First, you may like to clear the cache and cookies, disable any plug-ins and restore your browser's default settings. Look for a Reset Browser Settings option and follow any prompts to complete this process. If for any reason this doesn't correct the issue, you may also try to remove and reinstall the Chrome browser, using the most recent version when you reinstall it. If the issue persists after updating the version, at that point we would recommend that you try using a different browser altogether.
Our Tech Support Specialists are available 24/7 to assist you with your online account. You can call us at 800-493-7562 and we will be more than happy to help you.
Hope this helps a bit, Marly and let us know about any other questions!
