Happy Saturday, Josefina, and welcome.
We're so sorry to hear that you had to recently close your TD Bank account; however, we understand, and will be happy to help you retrieve your final statement.
Here at TD Bank, when an account is closed, a final statement is generally created and mailed at the end of the statement period for that account. In the event that you did not receive a final statement for your now closed account, you may still connect with us, and we'll be happy to have one mailed to you!
You're first welcome to dial 1-888-751-9000 to speak with one of our knowledgeable Banking Specialist. For your convenience, our Specialists are available to help 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. During your call, we'd like to recommend having your account number handy, as we may need this information to successfully complete your request.
If you're unable to call, or if you'd prefer, you're also welcome to visit a TD Store location, during lobby hours, to speak with a Customer Service Representatives. Our Customer Service Representatives may even be able to provide you with a statement copy on the spot, and you're welcome to use the link here: http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR to find your nearest Store location, as well as their lobby hours and contact information.
Regardless of the method you choose, we'll be happy to help, and look forward to hearing from you soon, Josefina!
Thanks for stopping by TD Helps, and we hope you have a fantastic weekend.
